Thanks for writing in. I can't be sure of what kind of balance you need without seeing the top nylon attachment. However, I see you have placed an order for our S380-29, with both stamp options of 2820 and 2830. If your old balance's top nylon attachment matches our 19-005, then I agree this should work for you, and the stamp options match the weight ranges you need to support.

I am afraid we don't replace window sashes, only the hardware that enable their operation. Your best bet would be to contact a local glass shop to see if they can set you up with what you need. Sorry for the inconvenience.
