28C Channel Balance

Question

Hi,

I would like to order a pair of channel balances. The current channel balance indicate 28C inscribed on it. It is half an inch wide and 29 inches in length.

It's for a non- tilting window.

It seems like S380 or S385 but is not sure about the shoe. Based on my measurement of the shoe it's 30/32 of an inch.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for writing in. This looks more like the S380-29, which has a shoe with a depth of 1". But carefully measure the depth to be certain; the Series 385 has a depth of 1-3/32". Once you know what balance you need, you'll need a stamp option of 2830.
