Question

Hi, I was hoping you guys might be able to assist me. I recently purchased some channels believing they were the ones I needed. My order number was #1779801 but upon first look, I want to say I purchased an incorrect one. I was hoping that with these pictures included you might be able to tell me the correct channel that I need. The stamp included on my old channel in the pictures also says "28C USB" on it since I didn't include that in there. Also, depending on if this is one that you carry, I was hoping that I can be assisted in either an exchange or refund

Hi there!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. Your 28C stamp usually corresponds to our 2830 option but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be certain. There's a chart on the S380-29 and S385-29's store pages that will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
