Looking for replacement window balances, channel with spring marked 28D USB,

I noticed you are presently located in Florida. Usually, the S380-29 channel balance with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom balance shoes are used in the windows. Take a look to see if this is what you have. If so, you would choose the 2840 option to accommodate your stamping of "28D". Be sure to get back to us and let us know how you made out.
