Hello! We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Thankfully, your photos tell us everything we need to know to get started.

Basically, what I'll be making you is a basic 28E S795-28 channel balance with the 1-1/4" wide bottom shoe. The only difference is that I'll be swapping the standard screw tab out for the 15-198 hook. Does that sound good to you?
