Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this project, but before I recommend anything I juts had a few questions.

To start, can you verify the length of the metal channel by itself? Based on your stamp, it should be 28", not 29".

Can you also show me a photo of the hole in the track where the hook goes? That will decide how this balance will need to be configured.

Thanks! It's hard to tell from this photo but it looks like you have a square hole in the track. Is that correct?

If so, you can use our Series 795 channel balance to replace your original. You will also need two additional products sold separately for these to function: the 1" wide 15-194 shoe to match the original, and the 26-200 screw plug. That screw plug will allow you to install our Series 795 in your window without using a hook. You may also want to use a 33-016 screw per balance if you don't have spare screws handy. The video below will go into more detail, so I recommend watching that next.
