In regard to the clip, I believe you may be referring to the take out clip? To determine the exact clip you need, I'll need to see a photo of this as well.

Thanks for the photos. The metal clip you are looking to replace is the 16-002 Take Out Clip. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need, but be sure to look over the dimensions to confirm.

Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

For the 18.6lb sash, you'll need the 2930 stamp option and for the 35lb sash, you'll need the 2965 stamp option.
