29" 380 Replacement Channel Balances

Question

I have removed both block and tackle balances and I can find no stamps for load ratings.  How do I specify that when ordering replacements from Swisco?

If your balances do not have any stamps on them, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S380-29 store page.
