29" Series 380 Channel Balance

A home owner from florida says:
The order form requires a "stamp option". I do not know which one I need.

One of my current window balances has a stencil of UB 28C on it. I am gong to order two of these channel balances.

My other window has 28B stamped into it. I am going to order eight channel balances for the one that has 28B stamped into it.

Your help is certainly appreciated.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A stamp of 28C usually corresponds to our 2830 option, while the 28B usually corresponds to our 2820, instead. However, if you want to confirm, you can weigh your sash and reference the chart on our S380-29 store page. That way you can be 100% sure.
