29" Series 380 Channel Balance

A quick learner from Wasilla, Alaska says:
Hi, My name is Robyn and I have a question. Our Channel Balance looks identical to the Product Code: S380-29. It is 29 inches long and the plastic ends match 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. There is a stamp 28 3 FR CALDWELL on it. The window is vinyl double pain and measures 26 3/4 wide and 31 1/2 long (outside dimensions). My guess would be 2830 16 to 23 lb. or option 2830. Is this correct?
Thank you for your time
Robyn

Yes, a stamp of 28 3 usually corresponds to our 2830 option. However, you can always weigh your sash to be 100% sure.
