Thanks for posting! Your exact style balance is an older version that is no longer in production, but according to our records, our S380-29 works well as a replacement. This has a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as the dimensions of these two parts match then you should be good to go.

Based on your stamp of "28B," I'd also go with the 2820 option.
