29" window balance (non-tilt) help

Hello, I need to order a pair of window balances. They are stamped with "28B", which I think equates to 2820, but I am not sure about the shoe style. The bottom of the balance is broken off, and the other balance is missing entirely. Can you help me ID this, please?

It's tough to make out what you have from broken hardware, but I think you have either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, but since yours is broken it's not possible for me to determine which one to go with.

Your only option is to see if you can find an identical window in the house that still has working hardware. You can use that as a reference.

If that isn't an option, then you will just have to use your best judgement. I am sorry that I can't narrow it down for you beyond these two choices.
