29E custom weight?

I am working on a job that has 3 double hung windows that need new (12) balances. They are 29" long and each sash weighs 40 lbs. The marking on the balance says 29E. I do not see a 29E in your list of products, so I need to know...do you offer this as a custom weight? Also, is there a video on how to remove the pivot shoe?

The pivot shoes just pop on and off the balance. Unless you're talking about how to remove the balance from the window, in which case you would just remove the sash, tilt the balance in, twist, and slide it out.
