3 Spring Balance Sizes
Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can help you with these balances, but of the group you've shown me, one of them is a custom order (the one on the left). The other two appear to be standard balances.
Regarding the custom balance, I need you to show me a clearer photo of the bottom end and the clip at the end of the cord. I also need you to tell me the length of the metal channel and the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. The metal channel should be 20-7/8" based on the stamp, not 22". Lastly, how many of this particular model did you need?
For the other two, they're a lot less complicated. I can't see your plastic fittings very clearly from this photo, so my best guess is the Series 395. Review the size and design of the top and bottom fittings to verify that they are the same. If not, tell me precisely how they differ and we can check for a better match.

Thank you! Here are the extra details. I've combined the Garage and Bedroom info since they are standard sizes and look the same, except for length. (I measured the length of the metal ONLY, not the plastic tips.)
I will need two of the Garage 27" and six of the Bedroom 21".

For the "custom made" Family room spring, I'll need 10, so I have back-up. The photos of the Family room are attached. The spring is 20-7/8", like you said. (I did write 21" on this blue paper in the photos, but the 20-7/8" is accurate!) The depth and width are 9/16" The weight is 8.5 oz.

Okay, we're good to go on our end. I'm going to email you a purchase link and price quote right now for 10 of these custom assemblies. Note that this quantity qualifies you for a bulk discount, so if you order fewer in the future you can expect the cost per balance to be a little more. These need to be made for you from scratch, so expect a lead time of approximately 5-6 business weeks.
Also note that the stock balances, which are the S395-21 and S395-27, will not be included with this custom link. They're stock parts so you can just add them to your cart at your convenience. That way you can checkout with everything all at the same time.
One last note: you should still measure the bottom fitting on your Series 395's to make sure that my analysis is correct. They should be 1-1/8" deep. If they're any other size, let me know and I'll see what I can find for you.

For the bottom fitting on the Series 395, do you mean the white plastic part? It is 1-18" long...so I think that would mean "deep".
It's crazy that someone decided to install custom springs! Good grief. I'm thankful your company can make them. I am going to take time to measure EACH of those 5 windows to ensure the sizes don't vary. (I simply expected they would all be a standard size.)

Regarding the custom balances, for full clarity they're only a custom order for us because they're so particular in their design. The Series 395, for example, uses a very modular block and tackle system as a base. Then companies like us swap the plastic fittings out for this or that as needed. It's quite easy to do thanks to the design.
But your other balance has to be made a specific way top to bottom, without any room for modularity. So it's not that it's necessarily uncommon, it's just very difficult to stock as a normal product since there's about a billion variations that all require their own product code. Other than that, they're fairly boilerplate and I'm confident that our recommendation will work for you.
