Thanks for posting. Take a look at our Series 795 channel balance. I believe this can work for you. The only difference I can see is that you have a 15-195B pivot shoe, which has an open cam, while the Series 795 comes with the 15-195 close cam by default. I recommend purchasing our 15-195B separately and then just swapping them out when you get them. Also keep in mind that our Series 795 installs at the top using a screw tab, not a hook. If yours uses a hook, let me know. It would have to be specially made.

As for the tilt latches, see our 26-393B. This looks like a good match.
