Hi there, Daniel.

We can definitely help supply replacements for this balance. It will just have to be a custom order due to its configuration. In order for me to get this moving for you, I'll need a bit more information. Can you show us a photo of the metal hook attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can you also tell us what the stamp on the metal channel says? I'm afraid it's too worn for me to make out. Would it also be possible for us to see an undamaged version of the bottom fitting from a side angle?

Hi Emily! Here's photos of the hook and I don't have another one to show the bottom. Also it's too worn to see the stamp or markings. Hope this helps. Thank you!

We're almost there! I still can't get too good of a look at your hook. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of the entire hook, from the underside? I just need to determine if its the 62-105 or 62-106. These hooks aren't interchangeable so it's very important we know exactly what you have.

Since the stamp is too worn, we will need you to weigh your sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight. That will allow us to recalibrate the proper strength.
