Thanks for posting! Before we can recommend any balances, we just need a bit more information.

First, can you tell us if there were any stamps or markings on your balance? This will help us determine what option you would need to select.

We will also need to know what type of bottom shoe you have. Please refer to the following chart and let us know which one most closely resembles your shoe.
Diagram on how to choose between the 15-001, 15-002, 15-004, and 15-005 channel balance shoes.

Thank you for the information. I don't think your shoe has worn down, it looks to be simply a 15/16", which we do not carry. We are, however, currently researching a possible replacement, and will have more information soon.

If you would like to try the 1" shoe, we can assemble that for you, as well. Please let us know.
A handy person from florida says:
If your research does not come up with 15/16, then lets go with the 1"

Series 380 is the closest current balance system with 1" depth shoe with wings and top fitting with wings.

A balance with stamp 28B normally measures 29" in length, excluding the fittings for this measure.
Please check the length of the metal balance channel portion;
If it measures 29", go to S380-29 and choose stamp option 2820.
