30" x 1/2" Deep Balance with hook

This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance. We need to clear up two details to make sure we get you the exact and correct replacement:

• You will need to remove the T-Lock Shoe from the window track and see which of the following shoes it matches up to: the 15-195 1-1/4" Closed Cam Shoe, the 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam Shoe, or the 15-194 1" Shoe. Let me know what you find. 
• As you noted, your balance has a top hook that lets it attach to the window track. Our standard Series 795 balances use a screw-on tab instead. There's a few course of action we can take here. First, can you show us the hole in the window track that this hook connects to? The shape of that hole will tell us what we need to know.
