30 year old (or slightly more) Weathershield balancer

Friend
It is 15" long, 17/32" wide, and 5/8" deep, on a double hung tilt window. I would like to get a pair of balancers, if I can afford them. I have various sizes and types of window, and the plastic parts are starting to break due to age. Are the plastic parts replaceable and available?
I am in 84757 area code, Utah, for shipping purposes, but would like to know my options and price before proceeding.
If you need any other information, let me know. The only information stamped on it is e 14HD. Thanks for being there; looking forward to hearing from you,

Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balance appears to be an assembly with a knife latch shoe. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe completely removed from the window to confirm the exact replacement. The shape of your shoe slightly differs the one on the balances we have in stock.

In the meantime, we do not have an exact replacement for your cam pivot but our 26-150 Cam Pivot Pair should work as a suitable alternative. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm.

Hi Jasmine,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, just found your response email today.
The pivots parts on my window are wider, 5/8' rather than 7/16" but otherwise appear identical, and I doubt the width will be a problem if I actually need new ones. The old ones are in perfect shape.
As for the shoe, the one in the balancer I have out is broken as I'm sure you noticed, and I do not have the broken off parts, so I pulled the remains of the old one out of the track and the picture shows the missing parts drawn on. I hope that helps you, because otherwise I'll have to take the whole thing apart and get out the opposite balancer and shoe, which appears to be complete, to show you in another photo. I was hoping not to have to take the window to pieces before I got new parts, but I sure will if you need me to. So let me know, and thanks again.

Hi Steve,

With the shoe being damaged, we cannot fully confirm, but please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 9/16" wide S751-15 channel balance with a 14HD stamp that uses the 15-014 knife lock shoe. Please see below.

This balance uses a S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030 at the top of the balance to install into the window channel. These clips are sold separately. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Yes! That is exactly like the ones that are broken. I would like to buy 2 balances, and attempt to make them work with the s clips and pivots that are there, unless you know that there are specific differences with the spare parts that will make the balancers not work. If they work, I will start going through all my other windows to see how many of them have broken parts and try to get them all at once. By then I'll know if I need all the more durable accessory parts. You have been super helpful, and if you can get together an invoice for the two balances I'll pay for them and you can get them coming. Thank you so much.
