Hello, Amy. Looks like you need a tilt latch, lock, and coil balance assembly. We can help with each one.

Starting with the tilt latch, see our 26-243 and 26-244. Review our dimensions first to verify that they all line up, though, just to be safe.

Concerning the lock, can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? I also need to know the distance between the hole centers and the back edge of the lock. That will allow me to make a recommendation.

Lastly, for the coil balance, see our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring  (sold separately).
