I'm not sure how to measure the length, but the metal part is 32" long.
The printing on the part is 31 3 FS CALDWELL

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your Caldwell balance can be replaced with either our S380-32 with a 1" shoe or our S385-32 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need the 3130 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
