Our Series 795 channel balance looks like a match. Keep in mind, however, that this comes with the 15-195 shoe by default. Your shoe looks more like our 15-195B. You can purchase this separately and then swap them out when you get them. They should just pop on and off.

You need to look on the metal bar for a stamped code, which might match one of the options we offer. If you don't see that, or if you want to be positive that you get the right balance, you should weigh your window sash and consult the stamp option chart with the weights.
