32" Balance removing old shoe

A handy person from Clarksville says:

I have new balance to install which comes with new shoe.

How do I remove the old shoe

Wanted to add a photo but it wouldn't go to " Add Photo "

Do you also sell the window to frame latch?

Locking tab was taken out when balance string let go

Hello,

I see you purchased the S795 channel balances from our website which, unfortunately, will not work for your windows. The S795 works with a t-lock bottom attachment, which is not what is shown in your photo. To identify the correct replacements for you, we'll need to see the pivot shoe and original balance removed from the window. The video below will show you how to remove the pivot shoe.

We'll also need to know the width and thickness of your pivot shoe, as well as the length of your original balance.

As for the tilt latch in your second photo, I believe we'll be able to replace that as well but we'll need to see an undamaged latch, as well as the tooth that keeps it in place. Dimensions will also help us narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
