32" Window Balance Part Number Unique 31-C-30

Can you help confirm the correct replacement part number for my set of window balances. It is stamped Unique 31-C-30. Length is 32", width is 1/2"

Thanks for your post! This window balance could be a match for either the S380-32 or the S385-32. To determine the series you need, measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

I believe you'll need the 3130 stamp option. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 16 to 23lbs.
