My 2 windows balances are broken I have a 32 in balance with a spring and 2 clips on each end which are broken. The balance has letter and numbers 32d BSI rl. I will attach photos and call in morning for parts. Thanks Ken

Hello! Your hardware appears to be a match for our S795-32 with the 32D spring strength option. This balance comes with the 15-195 shoe by default so we suggest comparing an undamaged shoe to ours to see if this matches what you need. One important detail to note is that the Series 795 attaches to the top of the track using a screw, not a hook. If yours needs a hook then let me know; we can still help but your balance will have to be custom made. |
