Based on your photos, it appears at first glance you may have a Series 770 channel balance. However, when I look at your stamping, it's not something I have ever seen. Could we have you weigh your sash and get back to us with that exact weight number?

Thank you! That's a pretty normal sash weight, and in fact our 32C option for the S770-32 can cover it easily.

Based on these new photos, though, it seems like you may not even need a new balance. It looks like your pivot shoe is the only thing that broke. There are a couple different options for this pivot shoe. It will ultimately depend on your precise measurements, specifically the thickness. If your pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, consider our 15-046. There are other options, so if your thickness is any other size let me know and we can recommend something better.
