32" window balance

Purchased S795-32 ,bottom plastic guide that fits in channel is 1.25"wide, I need a balancer that has a 1" plastic guide . The top string clip is bent to clip in top channel hole. My guide is marked 32 B. ba bsi. Only window information I have is:

Code: PAT (VA)

Spec: NFRC

Series: BMDH

MST: 3856

NFRC

Hi Gary. Sounds like you need to swap out the T-Lock Shoe that comes with the Series 795 (the 1-1/4" 15-195) with our 15-194, which is 1" across. See the video below for details on how to swap out the shoes. As far as your clip goes, may we see a picture of the hole where the hook goes? Many thanks.
