33" x 33" windows

A quick learner from Greenwood SC says:

0m137 patent pending is the only thing written on them. there are four per window (2 each side) with the one bumper on each side. I have three windows that need these mechanisms and coils replaced. Not sure which parts are appropriate aside from the bumpers--

Thanks

David

Thanks for reaching out! The bumper you are searching for appears to be part 15-148. Compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the exact bumper you need.

Dimensions for 15-148

This bumper is typically compatible with the 15-111 pivot shoe or the 15-191, which is the heave duty version of the same style shoe. Since there are (2) coils on each side of the window, you'd likely need the 15-150D Coil Double Support.

These pieces are hardware are compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance spring. To determine which coil springs you need, look for any stamps/markings that might help to confirm the spring strength needed for your each coil. You may also want to confirm that your coils springs are 1/2" thick.

If any of these pieces of hardware are not a match, I'll need to see the existing pivot shoe removed from the window.

Thank you--Here are a few more shots--
The 15-191 and 15-148 are a match but the upper pieces don't match what you have (15-150D ?)
Does that item replace the two piece OEM set up and if so,do you have a video on replacing. Based on the coils (which are 1/2" wide) there are two on each side--
Thank you

I am confident that is the correct replacement. Since your window has two coils springs on each side of the window, you'll need the dual coil support. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an exact match for that particular part, however it will work fine as a replacement.
Take a look at the two videos below for instructions on replacing this coils balance assembly.

Last but not least--no markings on the springs but the windows are 16 pounds. Please recommend the correct 160 Series coil springs--
Thank you so much for all your help!!

Since the window is 16lbs you'll need the S160-7 coil balance springs. These coil springs are rated to carry 7.5lbs, which would be 15lbs in total, however, they will work fine in the window.

That would also mean that instead of the double coil support, you'd need the single coil support for the window. This would be part 15-150S.

Look over these parts and let me know if you have any questions.
