Thanks for posting. It appears that you could have either our S380-35 or our S385-35 with a 3430 stamp. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-3/32". Take a look at the diagram below.

I do suspect that your shoe may measure 7/8". If that is the case, this will need to be a custom order balance and I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to order. Keep in mind there is an order minimum of 2 of balances for custom orders. Let me know if you have any questions.
