Hi Fernando! 

It looks like you have our S795-34 channel balance. Please see the 15-198B 1-1/4" T-lock balance shoe that I have attached to this page as well. You will need to purchase that separately for each of the balance that you need. The shoe that comes with the balance has a closed cam and you need an open one. Also, I recommend looking at the video that I've attached on the page as well to review how to install a T-Lock Shoe on a channel balance.
