35 inches long measured on metal channel of balance. Shoe matches your 15-004 and top matches 19-005 top. Option 3450. Clips 16-002. I will try to send pictures of top & bottom.

Shoe is 1 3/32 deep as compared to measurements on 15-004. Top piece is slightly different than 19-005.

Take a look at our Series 385 channel balance, this looks to be our best match.
