I am looking for a 3/4" wide 1/2 hook coil balance there is a 6 or 9 stamped on it but am not sure which.
The pivot shoe is 1 1/2 inches tall 1 1/4 inches wide and 13/16 deep these are in good shape but thought it may help with ID I would need one pair.

Hello there. This looks like an older version of the Series 140 Coil Balance system. Since it's unclear what the stamp says, weigh the window sash. You can use the exact weight to choose the right spring weights for the new coil systems. See below.
