3430 balance

This looks like it might be a Series 770 Channel Balance but with a 62-105 Clip at the bottom. There's really a number of pivot shoes that might work with this, so without seeing an original to go off of I can say nothing with certainty. That said, our 15-105 or 15-208 are indeed often seen with this setup. Compare to a pivot shoe of yours to see if either of these is what you need.
