Looks like your shoe broke off. Yours looks like the 1" wide version, so my recommendation is the 15-194. If you wanted an all new balance, that would be our Series 795. Please note, however, that this comes with the 1-1/4" shoe (15-195) by default, meaning you still have to buy the 15-194 separately. They just pop on and off so they're easy to swap out once you have them. Last thing to note is that our Series 795 balance attaches to the top of the window using a screw. If yours uses anything else, it may have to be custom made. Just let me know if that's the case and we can proceed accordingly. |
