34TG, 35TG

Hi I currently have two wooden windows with balances that say 34TG and 35TG on them. Do you have a part that would be able to substitute for these as I don't know the name of the company of the windows

It looks like you have a custom balance using our 15-197 shocking shoe. If you could show us the balance and attachment removed from the window to confirm, we'd be happy to get and custom order link and pricing together for you. We'll also need to know how man balances you would like to order for each stamp. Thank you!

These balances would need to be custom made since our S751 balances come with the 15-014 knife lock shoe, not the 15-197 on your original balances. Please show us how the top of the balance attaches to the jamb and confirm the lengths of your metal channels. Once we have that information and the quantities you need, we can get some order links together for you.

Hi yes it is the 15-197 shocking shoe. I ordered the 36" SERIES 751 CHANNEL BALANCE. Is that the correct balance? If not, no worries, I will just order the correct one. Thanks!
