35" Window Balance, 1/2 " wide

Question

As shown in pictures,

metal length = 35"
metal width = 1/2"

bottom piece measures 1 1/16" front to back, wings measure 15/16" across.
top piece wings measure 15/16" across.

imprinted on metal 34-12 HB5 CMC (34HP39-41)

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting, Eric. Based on your pictures, I would recommend either our S385-35 or S380-35, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe.
