35-inch Channel Balance

Thanks for posting. If the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe is absolutely greater than 7/8", then my guess would be it's actually a 15-005 shoe with the 1" depth that's just worn down a bit from use. In that case, you could just use our S380-35 Channel Balance. 

Now, your balance was stamped 3440, which indicates the balance is meant to support a sash in the weight range of 23 through 30 lbs. However, you say the window sash weighs 35 lbs. I recommend confirming that sash weight to be safe. Did you ever have trouble opening these windows or keeping them open prior to the balances breaking? If so, you might want to use a stamp option of 3460 instead, which is for a sash in the weight range of 34 through 39 lbs. But only consider this if you're certain you have the correct sash weight, or that the original balances didn't function right. Otherwise, we usually recommend sticking with what you had.
