Hello, thank you for posting,

Your balance resembles the Series 795 channel balance. The 34 5 stamp does not directly translate to our stamp options, but for a 35" metal channel, we believe you can use a 35E stamp option. This stamp can support a 32-34 pound window sash. 

We recommend obtaining the weight of the window sash to confirm this is the right spring strength needed. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
