35 year old aluminum windows. Top sash guide replacement.

I purchased top sash guide # 18-009. This appears to be the wrong top sash guide. I also purchased S395-29 series 395 channel balances on order # 722928 which seem to work. It appears I need a different top sash guide. See the attached photos. The flat top piece is missing from the old top sash photos. I placed the old next to the ones I purchased in the photos.

The old guide is 1" long & fits the 5/8" sash.
Old guide top screw hole is 1/4" from top. The 18-009 top hole is about 3/16 from bottom of top.

Do you have a top sash that I can use?
