Can I buy the plastic part inside the 38-144 by itself?

Is it possible to obtain a replacement for only the plastic part inside the lock?  Thank you.

Unfortunately, the plastic piece inside the 38-144 is not available by itself. We can only supply the 38-144 as a complete assembly.
