Truth Hardware, HomeGard series, replacement locking handle is constructed of high pressure zinc die cast. Installation holes measure 2-5/16" on centers. This casement sash lock is the primary, non-handed, lock; is capable of tandem locking when dual locking is required. White finish is electrostatically applied, durable coatings that provide excellent resistance to chipping, scratching and corrosion while maintaining color stability for years in direct sunlight.

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Do I need new keepers to go with my new 38-144 lock?

I have a broken lock. The number on the back of it is 45189. I just received a replacement part from Swisco. do I need to replace the keeper as well? Thank you

I need to replace two sash locks that the lever is broken. The window pivots on right side. Lock is 3" H x 2 9/19" W. Mounting holes to edge is 1 5/8".
