3/8" ribbed

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our Series 751 at first glance. However, the metal channel for ours measures 9/16" wide. We do sell a balance with a smaller channel which measures .478" wide by .454" deep though it'd have to be a custom order. 

Furthermore, the metal tab on your knife lock shoe is curved. The 15-014 is the default shoe the S751 comes attached with but you'll notice this has a differently shaped metal tab. We can't promise our replacements will work due to this, unfortunately.
