3/8" spiral balances with black tip

I have a 26" 3/8" tube with a black tip do you offer a replacement? Thank you. Ryan

Thank you for posting. Before I can offer an applicable spiral balance for you, I just need to know a bit more information.
First, can you please confirm the diameter of your balance tube? Our 3/8" diameter spiral balances don't often have black tips.
Next, can you tell me what the weight of your window sash is? You can find this out by removing the sash from the window and placing it on any scale, such as a bathroom scale.
Finally, can you tell me if your window is tilt, or non-tilt?

I have 26" 3/8" tubes they are tilt in windows 1 sash weighs 20lbs. the other 15lbs. which color tips do I need for each.Thank You Ryan

Thank you. Based on the measurements, it sounds like you may have an S900-26. Please take a look and let me know if you agree. As for the tip color, I think it'd be best to go with red. That would allow your balances to support a window sash weight range of 10 through, and including, 22 pounds.
Please keep in mind that the weight range information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
