Thanks for posting! I'm not sure what your question is, or what part it is you're looking for. Your title mentions the Series 385 channel balance. Is that what you needed? Or did you need one of the other parts I see in your window?

I the small rectangular plastic price located on the frame of the window. Maybe to facilitate the frame sliding in the window frame?
