39-028 & 39-104

A quick learner says:
We ordered 39-028 & 39-014 to try on our windows. Everything worked except 39-028, with a 9-1/2" arm, was too short and 39-014, with a 13-1/2" arm, was too long. We really need a 11-1/2" arm but can't seem to find that. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

We have come across the operators with 11" or 11-1/2" Straight Arms before, and unfortunately an exact replacement is not available. Your best bet I think would be to use the 39-028 (or the more modern, rounded 39-028E). If you can't install it as is, you may need to reposition the track that the roller slides into to make up the difference. The window might not open quite as far, but if you an reposition the track I think this solution could work for you.
