39-142 but with 13 1/2 inch arm

Hi, I have a crank assembly that looks almost identical to item 39-142, but with a 13 1/2 inch arm. Do you carry an item like that or know where I can find one?

How about our 39-407? This has a 13-1/2" long arm. Could you use this as a replacement?
