39-387 & 39-388 too short

Question

I ordered parts to repair a 7500 series window, which I received.
However, the operator arms are not the appropriate size to accommodate the window. I have attached photos in an effort to determine what the correct part is to resolve the issue.
The parts received: 39-387 & 39-388 are too short and not the correct replacement.

Hello, John. Your operator is actually discontinued and no longer made, but the video below will explain to you exactly which products can be used to replace them, and how.
