39-412 is almost right for the 2420 LH

A quick learner from Buffalo Area, NY says:
The 39-412 is almost perfect--the only difference I can see vs. an Andersen 2420 LH is the direction of the offset bend. The 2420 bend down, your 39-412 bends up.

Is the arm of the 39-412 user-swappable? I.e.: might I be able to change a RH arm into this unit upside down?

This would also need the roller at the end to be flipped...

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, your operator is very, very old and hasn't been made in a long time. We usually do recommend the 39-412, but it would probably require heavy adaptation of the sill for it to fit. Even then I can't guarantee it will work; nobody here has personally tried it. Due to how old it is, we don't really have anything else that could work. I am very sorry that we can't be of more help.
