Thanks for posting. We carry a number of handle sets with 4-15/16" hole spacing. The 82-080 and 82-005 are such examples, among others; but which one you need depends on your original door's configuration. The 82-080 works with an internal mortise lock like our 82-238, whereas the 82-005 is surface mounted and has its own built-in latch. Send us pictures of the actual hardware if you don't know what you need, and we can help narrow things down.
