The end piece for the top is missing but it is like a hook.

Thanks for writing in! I've forwarded the quote for the (4) S795-24 balances, with a 24B stamp. They will have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment on the top of them.

The shoe on your balance is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. These are sold separately from the balance but they are fairly easy to swap out. You'll need to add them to your online cart from the website.
